  • Enhanced Vehicle Matching Using Alternate Model Codes

    We’ve made an update to improve how vehicles are automatically matched in our system, especially for brands like Kia and Hyundai.

    Sometimes, vehicles come with alternate model codes that previously weren’t recognized. With this enhancement, our system now checks these alternate codes as a final step, helping ensure more vehicles are correctly identified and matched to the right details.


    This means better accuracy, fewer unmatched vehicles, and a smoother experience overall.

Fixes

  • Accurate Calculation for Invoice-Based Rebates : We've resolved an issue affecting the calculation of Invoice-Based Rebates in Autovance Desk. Previously, these rebates, like Preferred Pricing, Dealership Employee Purchase, and Employee Purchase were being calculated using the Vehicle MSRP instead of the Equipped MSRP. This sometimes resulted in inflated rebate amounts, impacting dealership profitability.

    With this fix, all invoice-based rebates now correctly use the Equipped MSRP in their calculations, ensuring greater accuracy and consistency across deals.

  • "Latest Data" Option Added to Handle Deleted Rebates: We’ve introduced a new “Latest Data” option in the Program Period selector within Autovance Desk to address a specific issue: when a rebate was deleted, deals created prior to the change would still show and allow selection of the now-removed rebate.

    With this enhancement, selecting “Latest Data” ensures that deleted rebates are no longer available on those deals, keeping rebate information accurate and aligned with the latest program updates.

  • Mitsubishi Bi-Weekly Finance Calculation Method Added : We’ve introduced a new finance lender calculation method in to support Mitsubishi’s specific bi-weekly payment structure.

    Under this method, bi-weekly payments are calculated as:
    Monthly Payment × 12 ÷ 26

    This ensures accurate and consistent payment calculations for Mitsubishi finance deals in Autovance Desk.

  • Unapplied Protection and Warranty Items No Longer Displayed on Deal Documents : We’ve resolved an issue where protection and extended warranty items were appearing on the Full Disclosure and Bill of Sale documents, even when they had not been applied to the deal.

    This fix ensures that only selected products are shown, preventing customer confusion and ensuring the accuracy and integrity of deal documentation.

  • Complete Home Office Letters Now Displayed : We’ve fixed an issue where the first page of some Home Office Letters was missing when viewed on the Before / After Tax Rebates screen. Previously, users would only see content starting from page two when scrolling.

    With this fix, all pages, including the first, are properly displayed, ensuring complete and accurate document viewing.
