We have some incredible new features and improvements! Check out what we’re working on to make your experience even better:

  • Communicator Reporting: We're excited to announce that we're building out reporting in QAnalytics to show you who's using Communicator in your dealership and what activities are being used the most. We’re through design and onto development - here’s a peak at what it will look like (yes, this is Excel, it will be in Power BI soon!)


Features:

  • Autovance Report: We’ve made a number of big changes to the Autovance Report under Vehicle Sales Manager! We now collect data from both Quorum DMS as well as directly from Autovance to ensure that the Autovance Desk and Autovance Menu utilization stats are accurate no matter where the deal was worked.

  • Monitoring: We have implemented additional monitoring of pipelines to alert us sooner in the event of a failure.

  • Incremental Refreshes: We have continued to work on our incremental refresh policies in an effort to increase the frequency with which we update QAnalytics. Although we won’t see any changes in this release, you can be sure we’re working towards increasing this in future releases.

Fixes:

We've implemented several fixes across various report pages, focusing on both accuracy and visuals. Some of these include:

  • Full refreshes were implemented across a number of dealers to resolve incorrect data

  • Issue was resolved where, under certain instances, the Dealership Sales and Gross report was missing deals

  • We sorted out an issue where, at certain times, fully paid transactions were not being cleared from the Subledger Balances report

  • Changed the ordering on the Posted Period filter of the Vehicle Sales Manager Report to descending to enable you to select the current Period more easily
