Improvements to Forms in Autovance are in the Works

We are continuing our updates to forms in Autovance for even better usability, greater consistency, and for smoother workflows. Stay tuned for more details, these forms will make a major difference for you!

Features

• Expand Broker Exports Route: Residual values are now included for used lease deals in the Autovance exports route. Before this update, residuals were only available for new leases, which sometimes caused incomplete payment calculations in DealerSocket. With this enhancement, both new and used lease residuals are exported, allowing DealerSocket and other partners to fully process lease deals and each payment is calculated accurately.

• Autovance / Accessible Accessories Integration – Improved Accessory Handling: The Autovance/Accessible Accessories integration has been updated for better handling of accessories that can appear both individually and as part of a package. Autovance used to treat these cases as duplicates, which caused issues when processing accessory data. With this enhancement, accessories are now correctly recognized whether they are standalone or part of a package, making for cleaner data and more accurate accessory handling.

Fixes

• Inventory & Desk Page – Sticky Header Restored: A regression had caused the header on the Inventory listing page and Desk Page to no longer remain sticky while scrolling, unlike the Deals page where it functioned as expected. This issue impacted usability by hiding key actions and context during navigation. The sticky header behavior has now been restored for a consistent and user-friendly experience across pages.

• UI – Checkbox Alignment Fixed: After the upgrade to Bootstrap v5, several checkbox elements became misaligned, creating visual inconsistencies across the application. This issue has been corrected, and all checkboxes now align properly for a cleaner and more consistent UI.
