Fixes

• Service Manager Report - The service group filter is now working as intended.

• Sales Manager Report - We now have one instance of the sold date for the Sold Date drop down list that produces one consistent and accurate result within all pages.

• Parts Manager Report - Daily Parts Posting is now correctly calculating the Unit Cost.
