  • New Feature: Internal MyDeal

    We are excited to introduce Internal MyDeal! This is a new enhancement for dealerships already using MyDeal.

    Internal MyDeal gives you access to the full MyDeal experience right from within Autovance Desk, helping you walk through deals with your customers, clearly and confidently. You’ll have all the key information (rates, coverage options, and deal details) easily accessible as you guide them through each section.

    You can access the Internal MyDeal link directly from your Inventory page in Desk.

  • UI Update: Match Button Moved to Kebab Menu

    We have made a small but important UI change to keep things clean and organized.

    You’ll now find the Match button under the new kebab menu (three vertical dots) next to the Desk button on your Inventory page.

    What’s changed:

    • The Match functionality is the same. Use it to match newly added vehicles to the correct trim or re-match if needed.

    • It’s simply been moved into the kebab menu for a more streamlined interface.

    No functionality has been removed, just relocated to make room for exciting new features like Internal MyDeal

  • Taxation: Trade > Vehicle on Deal : A new dealer-level setting — Limit Trade-In Tax Credit to Sales Amount has been added to improve how taxes are calculated when the trade value exceeds the vehicle price, specifically for dealers using Serti with DealerTrack. Enabling this setting ensures that taxes on options and fees are calculated consistently with the dealership’s DMS and finance portal, resulting in more accurate deal totals in Autovance Desk.


Fixes

  • Menu Templates Now Displaying Correct Items: We resolved an issue where Menu Templates were not displaying the correct items. This was introduced during a recent update intended to fix the display of unselected items on the Full Disclosure and Bill of Sale. Unfortunately, that change unintentionally affected pre-built Menu Templates, causing some items not to appear as expected. We identified the issue quickly and deployed a fix. Menu Templates are now functioning as intended, and all saved items should display correctly.

  • Broker-Created Deals Now Display Properly in QDMS: We have fixed an issue where deals created by brokers via Sales Planner were not displaying correctly in QDMS when accessed through Autovance.

    For dealerships that rely on Autovance to send deals to the DMS, this caused a disruption in accessing those deals directly through the in-app buttons. The issue has now been resolved, and broker-created deals are once again fully visible and accessible in QDMS as expected.

  • Error When Saving Signed Worksheet: We resolved an issue where users encountered an error message when attempting to save a signed worksheet. Despite the error, the worksheet was being saved in the background and became visible after refreshing the deal. This fix ensures the worksheet saves properly without displaying an error.

  • Inconsistent Residual MSRP Values Between Desk and MyDeal: Fixed an issue where the residual MSRP values used in Autovance Desk and MyDeal were not consistently aligned. This caused discrepancies in payment quotes between the two tools. With this fix, both Desk and MyDeal now use the correct and consistent residual MSRP values, ensuring accurate and reliable deal structuring across platforms.
