  • Powered by Autovance Link on MyDeal: We’ve fixed an outdated link—now it takes you exactly where you need to go!

  • In-Stock Build Options: The Build Options feature for In-Stock units is a recent addition to Desk, providing insights into what was included in a vehicle’s build. However, we encountered a small issue for customers using CDK as their DMS provider—when recalling a deal for an In-Stock unit, the Build Options would disappear.

    Good news! This bug has been resolved, and Build Options now display correctly both while working on a deal and when recalling one.

  • Un-Matched Vehicles: There were times when new vehicles entering inventory couldn’t be auto-matched—we have a tool to easily handle this! We discovered a bug where previously matched vehicles would sometimes become un-matched later on. Good news—this issue has been resolved, ensuring your matches stay intact!

  • Cannot add a Warranty on Menu Packages after one had already been added in Desk: We discovered a bug where after selling a warranty in Desk, you couldn’t add additional Protections, Warranties, or Insurances to a Package in Menu for customer display. A minor hiccup—but it's all fixed now! Everything works as expected, so you can seamlessly present the right options to your customers.
