Coming Soon!
We’re working under the hood to make things even better so you can have the smoothest experience. Watch for new features and updates coming your way!
Features
View Build Options for In-Stock Units: We’ve added new functionality to allow you to view the Build Options (aka RPOs, Option Codes, etc.) that you currently have on that unit in your DMS. Here’s a quick look at where you’ll see this button and what data you can expect to see behind it:
Set Gross Type on PBS Installed Accessories: We’ve always had the ability to pull certain Options from PBS into the Accessories window, however, we never had the ability to set the Gross Type on these. This is useful for items like Premium Paint and ensuring your gross profit is correct.
Viewing and Set Vehicle Weight: You can now view the vehicle weight values we get from your DMS in Autovance as well as adjust them if need be. This is an important step towards supporting vehicle sales forms.
Extracting Freight & PDI from PBS: We now have the ability to get the Freight & PDI values from PBS in order to manage MSRP for Residual values on OEMs that don’t allow the residualization of Freight & PDI.
Easily Connect Your Accessible Accessories Account: We’ve added a quick way for you to connect your Accessible Accessories account inside Autovance. Just click on the link in the Accessories window, fill out the form, and our amazing support team will do the rest.
Fixes
Trade-In Adjustments in MyDeal Settings: We’ve fixed an issue that allowed trade-in amounts to be adjusted by OEM
Used Deal Push Failing to PBS Intermittently: There was an issue with how we were collecting vehicle IDs when PBS dealers had multiple inventory providers (vAuto, eDealer, etc.) - Not to worry, this has been resolved!
Finance Payment Rollback to Down Payment: We made a number of major changes to how we roll payments in our October release, only problem was we broke rollback to down payments for finance. We worked out the kinks and everything is working as it should.
