Features

• Lease Integration Enhancement for Nissan Canada (Pending Quorum DMS Update): We’ve enhanced the integration between Autovance and Quorum DMS to better support Nissan Canada dealers.
  

  Previously, Quorum DMS only accepted two values for Lease — APR or Factored. This caused issues for Nissan Canada dealers, who use a calculation method called Factored (Canada). This method calculates lease payments using a factored rate but displays an APR rate.
  

  With this update, when a Lease Lender is set to Factored (Canada) by default and the deal itself is left at APR, Autovance will now send a new value to QDMS:

  Factored As APR


  Note: This enhancement is complete on the Autovance side but will not take effect until Quorum DMS updates their system to accept the new value.

• Chrome Integration – Pricing Display Enhancement: For dealers using Chrome Integration, we’ve improved how vehicle pricing is displayed when Autovance has pricing available but Chrome does not.
  

  Previously, Autovance pricing would briefly appear before being replaced by a value of 0 from Chrome, causing confusion and frustration.
  

  To improve the user experience, Autovance will now only display Chrome pricing. When Chrome does not have pricing available, no temporary Autovance pricing will appear.
  

  

  This ensures a more consistent and accurate pricing display for Chrome-integrated dealers.
  

• Discount Field Permissions Enhancement: We’ve added the ability to restrict editing access to the Discount field in Desk while still allowing them to view the value.
  

  This update gives dealerships greater control over pricing permissions and helps ensure discount integrity while maintaining visibility for sales staff.

Fixes

• Desk Mobile – Finance & Lease Pages Fix: Fixed an issue where Finance and Lease pages in Desk were not loading on mobile devices in Production, allowing users to now complete deal workflows as expected.

• CDK Inventory Feed Fix: Resolved an issue where CDK delta files occasionally reintroduced previously sold vehicles back into a dealer’s inventory due to outdated vehicle data being rewritten on CDK’s end.
  

• Autovance now passes the sold date and filters out sold units from delta fetches to prevent these vehicles from reappearing in inventory.
